Join us on October 20th in the Longcourt House Hotel, Newcastlewest from 11.00am – 3.30pm as we celebrate the success of the Cooperating to Succeed training programme and the work of its participating social enterprises.

The Dynamic Board – Innovating the Governance Function

Limerick organisations: May 24th – 7pm – 9.30pm

Tipperary organisations: May 25th – 2pm – 4.30pm

Mayo organisations: May 26th – 7pm – 9.30pm

Trainer: Caroline Egan

Explore the function of a Board of Directors or Management Committee in a modern social enterprise. Consider the rise of the ‘virtual board member’ and the role of board culture on board member motivation and apathy. Discuss how best to match board member experience and interests with organisational purpose and social goals. Become better equipped to handle the challenges of board member recruitment and selection. These workshops will be delivered via the Zoom platform.
