The Dynamic Board – Innovating the Governance Function

Explore the function of a Board of Directors or Management Committee in a modern social enterprise. Consider the rise of the ‘virtual board member’ and the role of board culture on board member motivation and apathy. Discuss how best to match board member experience and interests with organisational purpose and social goals. Become better equipped to handle the challenges of board member recruitment and selection. These workshops will be delivered via the Zoom platform.
