The record of your interest in joining the initiative will be deleted from our database seven years after the end of the project delivery period. The applicant must declare acceptance of Data Protection provisions in relation to an application for support under the Social Enterprise Development Initiative ‘Cooperating to Succeed’.
All data supplied will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988, 2003 and 2018.
The project applicant gives permission that the information contained in the Registration form on this website, and all subsequent documentation submitted regarding this grant application, may be made available to those organisations listed below.

CONFIRMATION OF ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED
- The applicant declares that the particulars supplied in the ‘Register Your Interest form’ are true and correct, and accepts that any false or misleading statements or withholding of information will result in the relevant project being excluded from receiving LEADER support
- The applicant accepts if selected for this project, information about participation may be publicised
- The applicant agrees that the decision of West Limerick Resources, South Tipperary Development Company CLG and South West Mayo Development Company, with regard to selection of groups for this project is final.
Part or all of the information you provide will be held on computer and hard copy format. This information will be used for the administration of Registering of Interests and producing monitoring returns. LAG’s and/or Implementing Partners may share information with each other and government departments/agencies to enable them to prevent fraudulent applications or for detecting crime and to co-ordinate processing of complementary applications. It may also be subject to meeting obligations under the Freedom of Information Act as amended.
This policy does not affect your rights and your information will be held as prescribed under the Data Protection Acts 1988, 2003 and 2018.
